The rooms at Victoria Falls Safari Club are absolutely amazing! They are spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offers stunning views of the bush and a watering-hole where elephants gather at sunset. It feels like you're right in the heart of nature. As a nature lover, this was a dream come true for me!
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had a bathtub instead of just a shower. But I understand that others may still find enjoyment in the walk-in rainfall shower.

The Safari Club offers an incredible experience for nature enthusiasts. With its exclusive use pool and deck overlooking the bushveld, you'll have amazing views and be up close and personal with wildlife. The rooms are exceptional, with a balcony to watch the game and Swarovski binoculars available for use. The staff are not only friendly, but also knowledgeable and attentive. Complimentary amenities, such as a minibar, laundry, and afternoon tea, add an extra touch of luxury. The club bar and dining room are exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
Felt happy, no complaints.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. From the stunning views of the watering hole to the exceptional butler service, everything was superb. The location near the National Park by the main lodge area and the Livingstone private safari park was convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities, including the pool, was impeccable. The staff was always willing to assist in everything, including transportation and parking. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff members were friendly and attentive.
Nothing not to love.

The two-tiered swimming pool was a delightful oasis amidst the tropical surroundings. I found myself spending hours lounging on the comfortable sun loungers scattered on the wooden decking, basking in the warm African sun. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of meetings.
Soundproofing isn't the best.

I've always wanted to visit Lion Encounter in Victoria Falls, so I chose to stay at Safari Club. The hotel's free WiFi, shuttle service, and laundry services were a pleasant surprise. The butler service, private check-in and check-out, and the "feel-good" multi-functional area with a bar, lounge, and terrace reflected the exclusive Club ethos. But what I particularly enjoyed was the unforgettable modern fine dining experience at the Victoria Falls Safari Club restaurant, which catered to all dietary requirements and offered a delicious breakfast buffet and à la carte menu.
Dinner service was slow. Missing promised complimentary sundowner drinks and canapés.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience at this young-adult paradise! The staff were super attentive and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The breathtaking views from the room were jaw-dropping, with wildlife sightings at the watering hole. The beautifully decorated rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the luxurious amenities you could dream of. The breakfasts were delicious and the happy hour drinks and snacks were a delightful treat. The free laundry and complimentary mini-bar were also a huge plus. The shuttle to town was very convenient. This place truly exceeded all expectations and is the ultimate destination for an unforgettable getaway.

The hotel's location was breathtaking, surrounded by nature and wildlife. the balcony provided a stunning view of the watering hole. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel had a lot of construction going on which was noisy and disruptive. the spa was a letdown and not worth the cost.

Our accommodation was conveniently located near the communal area, providing easy access to restaurants and other facilities. the hotel is also located close to Victoria Falls and on a hill with a great view of Zambezi National Park. the room was spacious and well equipped, with great room facilities, and friendly staff were on hand for any requests. the breakfast was lovely and there were plenty of options available.
The restaurant could be improved, as some guests were not fully satisfied with the quality of the food and drinks.

This hotel is a truly luxurious and unique venue, with exclusive amenities such as complimentary laundry services and a butler service that catered to our every need. the spacious rooms have exquisite furnishings with African character, a pillow menu and stunning views of the watering hole. The Club lounge is a peaceful area offering complimentary evening cocktails and finger foods, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the savannah and wildlife, accompanied by gorgeous sunsets. Cons: Although we did not use the swimming pool, it is not heated, and the water did not look as inviting as it should have been. this was only a minor issue that did not detract from the overall excellent experience.

Easter escape with family, loved the spacious rooms and excellent service, a great location close to nature. Complimentary afternoon tea and sundowners were welcome gestures. We enjoyed the organised tours to the falls and the boat trip that were also well managed. The natural surroundings of the lodge were refreshing with greenery around.
Some rooms had a bad odour, and the furniture seemed outdated. The breakfast offered limited choices, and lunch and dinner were on the pricier side.

We had an exceptional experience at the Safari Club! the staff, especially Zeb, were friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. the location of the hotel, right by the waterhole, was unbelievable. the restaurant was fantastic, with Talent as a welcoming host. We couldn't have asked for a better stay - it was truly the best of times. Cons: Not the easiest place to find 📍.
